“ There were four experienced sushi eaters at our table and we couldn't get the check any higher than if a couple went to one of the restaurants on the strip! We went for lunch and all the plates were $2! The food was excellent. The service staff was right there to answer questions or help us get food from the little red truck! (It delivers the food) it is a revolving menu of things you could have. I left full and with a doggie bag! I can highly recommend Kaizen! ”

With multiple offerings for sushi lovers as well as those that prefer heated dishes, Kaizen takes a bit of a creative approach infusing thier sushi rolls with items like asparagus, garlic, jalepeno, salsa, korean bbq and spice. You are sure to find something for everyone. Service can be spotty during busy times. The restaurant is AYCE based with the usual rules regarding sharing and finishing your food. The cuts of fish are sometimes thinner than I would like but the fish is fresh and flavorful. Definitely on our sushi rotation. ”
